Whitehall police investigate deaths on Belleview Drive

Whitehall Township police were called Wednesday afternoon to a home in the 1900 block of Belleview Drive, where a man and a woman were found dead.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the deaths of Kelsy Lynn Thomson, 35, and Brian E. Thomson, 41, both of 1926 Belleview Drive. Deputy Coroner Craig Hanzl pronounced Kelsy Lynn Thomson dead at 3:18 p.m. and Brian Thomson dead at 3:20 p.m.

Initial reports said the incident was a murder-suicide, but police have not confirmed that.

An investigation is underway by Whitehall Township police and the coroner’s office, with assistance from Pennsylvania State Police and the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.

Autopsies were scheduled for today to determine the exact cause and manner of the deaths.
