Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

DEC. 17

Officers checked on a residence in the 1700 block of Franklin Street.

A hit and run occurred in the 1300 block of Stewart Street. The report said the driver-side mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck.

Police responded to a domestic dispute between two females in the 800 block of Main Street.

DEC. 18

Criminal mischief in the 1900 block of Main Street brought police to the scene. The report said the windshield of a legally parked vehicle was smashed.

Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief in the 100 block of Newport Avenue. A fence was damaged.

A theft occurred in the 700 block of Washington Avenue. The report said a yellow floor jack was taken from a parking pad.

In the 1400 block of Railroad Street, police said a domestic dispute occurred between a male and female.

Officers investigated a protection-from-abuse violation in the 1400 block of Railroad Street.

DEC. 25

In the 1700 block of Main Street, a domestic dispute between a male and female occurred.

The department said a male refused to pay a taxi fare in the 300 block of East 12th Street.

A noise complaint in the 500 block of East 11th Street was reported.

DEC. 26

Police conducted a warrant service in the 400 block of East 11th Street. The report said the request was to serve a female with warrants from Delaware County. The female was transported to the police station and released to a Delaware County constable.

DEC. 27

A domestic dispute between a male and female in the 2200 block of Washington Avenue occurred.

DEC. 28

A theft from a vehicle took place in the 500 block of Greenview Drive. A legally parked, unlocked vehicle was entered, and a black wallet containing cash and credit cards was taken.

The department investigated a report of an open door/gate in the 600 block of East Eighth Street. All was secure, police said.

DEC. 30

Harassment by communication in the 600 block of Main Street was reported. Police said a female received harassing text messages from another female.
