Fire calls

MAY 1

A gas leak at 330 Jefferson St. brought out Stations 36, 37, 38 and 3501.

MAY 2

Stations 38 and 3501 responded to a power line down at 3256 S. Quarry St.

An outside rubbish fire at Whitehall Mall brought out Stations 37, 3501 and 3502 (deputy chief).

Station 36 assisted police or other governmental agency at 715 Grape St.

A special type of incident on Blue Mountain Drive was handled by Station 39.

Stations 36, 37, 3501 and 3502 responded to a smoke scare at 715 Grape St.

MAY 3

An unintentional smoke detector activation at 855 Third St. brought out Stations 36, 3501 and 3503 (deputy chief).

Stations 35, 36, 37, 38 and 3503 were on the scene of a smoke scare at 715 Grape St.

MAY 4

Station 35 assisted police or other governmental agency on West Columbia Street.

A gasoline spill at 5108 Coplay Road brought out Stations 35, 40 and 3501.

Stations 36, 38, 39, 3501 and 3503 responded to a report of shorting electrical equipment at 1109 Seventh St.

MAY 5

Station 38 handled a special type of incident at 3150 Lehigh St.

A forest or wildlands fire at 1401 Lehnert Road brought out Stations 36, 37, 38, 40, 3501 and 3503.

Stations 35, 39 and 40 responded to a false alarm at 5512 Briar Lane.

A motor vehicle accident with injuries at 2051 Bridge St. was handled by Stations 37 and 3501.

Station 37 handled a cover assignment with Allentown Fire Department.

A motor vehicle accident with injuries at 2225 MacArthur Road brought out Stations 35, 37, 3502 and 3503.

Station 37 performed an animal rescue at 2631 MacArthur Road.

MAY 6

At 2180 MacArthur Road, Stations 35, 36, 38, 39, 3501 and 3502 addressed an electrical wiring problem.

Stations 35, 36, 3501 and 3502 were on the scene of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 1027 Broad St.

On Range Road, Station 37 performed an animal rescue.
