Coplay police responded to these and other calls recently.

SEPT. 24

Police investigated a fight outside a residence in the unit block of South Front Street.

Officers were on the scene in the 100 block of South Front Street for reports of threats being made to a juvenile.

A warning was issued for a registration violation during a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Second Street.

SEPT. 25

Police provided protection-from-abuse service in the unit block of South Front Street.

The department addressed a parking complaint in the area of North Second and Chestnut streets.

SEPT. 26

Motor vehicle accidents in the unit blocks of North Second, North Third and North Sixth streets were investigated.

A small dog running loose in the area of Cherry Street and Stone Alley was reunited with its owner.

Police investigated a possible phone scam in the unit block of North Fifth Street.

Officers assisted with a family matter at Giant Food Store, 202 Chestnut St.

A missing Chihuahua in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street was reported.

Officers responded to a report of harassment in the unit block of South Front Street.

The department investigated a domestic dispute in the unit block of South Front Street.

A citation was issued for an expired registration during a traffic stop in the 100 block of Keefer Street.

Police performed a welfare check in the 1100 block of Bernice Drive.

SEPT. 28

The department received a driver’s license found along the Ironton Rail Trail.

A small dog was running loose in the area of Giant Food Store.

Police assisted a citizen with information on how to obtain an emergency protection-from-abuse order.

Officers investigated a noise complaint in the 200 block of North Fifth Street.

A parking complaint in the 200 block of Maple Street was addressed.

SEPT. 30

Police investigated a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Oak Street.

Officers were on the scene to assist with a protection-from-abuse issue in the unit block of South Front Street.

A juvenile matter brought police to the unit block of South Second Street.

The department assisted with a child custody matter in the 100 block of North Seventh Street.

Officers investigated a report of an open door at the Saylor Park museum, 245 N. Second St.

Police performed a welfare check in the 100 block of Oak Street.
