So far this season, Whitehall is 8-0 in the division, 16-0 in the league and 20-0 this season overall.

The Zephs swept Emmaus in the first round while Freedom upset Parkland in the semis.

We’ll have more on the victory in the May 23 edition of the Whitehall-Coplay Press.

Whitehall’s celebration will have to be short, as the top-seeded Zephs jump right back into action Thursday with a District 11 opening-round match against Nazareth, the eighth seed. The match is at Whitehall at 6 p.m.

Semifinals take place at Catasauqua on Tuesday, May 21, with the finals scheduled for Thursday, May 23, also at Catty.

Other quarterfinal matchups scheduled for tonight are: (5) Emmaus at (4) Freedom; (6) Liberty at (3) Parkland and (7) Easton at (2) Delaware Valley.
