Fullerton: Church plans coffee, doughnut event

St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., will be having coffee and doughnuts July 14 after the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Masses.

The event is sponsored by the Men of St. Elizabeth’s group.

St. Elizabeth’s Golden Agers is organizing a bus trip to Hollywood Casino July 18. The bus leaves 11 a.m. from the church parking lot.

Besides cost, there is free slot money and a food voucher.

St. John’s United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., will be having a gift card bingo 7 p.m. July 19. Doors open 6 p.m.

Tickets are now available for a discounted price, and they will also be available at the door for regular price.

Whitehall Active Community Center, 2301 Pine St., West Catasauqua, will have its first yard sale 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Aug. 30, rain or shine.

The group is looking for vendors or anyone who would like a table to sell their own items. There will be indoor/covered table space as well as outdoor/uncovered space at a cost. Vendors must bring their own table.
