Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

DEC. 11

A reportable accident at Center Street and Lilac Court involved one vehicle.

Members of the department investigated a juvenile problem in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue.

DEC. 12

A legally parked vehicle was struck, damaging the front bumper, during a hit and run at East 16th Street and Lincoln Avenue. White transfer paint was left at the scene.

In the 2300 block of Main Street, officers responded to a theft from a vehicle. An unlocked, legally parked vehicle was entered; loose coins in a jar were taken.

Police investigated a reportable two-vehicle accident in the 2100 block of Siegfried Avenue.

DEC. 13

A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 block of Main Street.

On West 21st Street, a male with active warrants was served. He was taken into custody, transported to Northampton Police Department and released to a Northampton County sheriff.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue and on a male in the 1100 block of Atlas Lane.

DEC. 14

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1500 block of Newport Avenue.

On Meadow Lane, police investigated a report of a suspicious male.

Officers assisted Pennsylvania State Police, Bethlehem, in the 1300 block of Main Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue and on a female in the 1500 block of Washington Avenue.

Police assisted Whitehall officers in the 500 block of Washington Avenue in locating a male.

An intoxicated male in the 2000 block of Main Street was reported.

DEC. 15

Police investigated a noise complaint of a horn going off for more than two hours in the 2200 block of Main Street.

Two males fighting in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue were reported to the department.

A domestic dispute occurred in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

An intoxicated male in the 100 block of Held Drive was reported.

DEC. 16

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Washington Avenue.

In the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue, a noise complaint of loud yelling was investigated.

Officers assisted Pennsylvania State Police, Lehighton, in the 2600 block of Main Street in making a contact with a male.

Suspicious activity in the 700 block of Washington Avenue was reported to police.

DEC. 17

A domestic dispute took place in the 300 block of East 12th Street.

A male trespassing in the 700 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

In the 1900 block of Main Street, a legally parked vehicle was struck, damaging the driver-side mirror, during a hit-and-run accident.

DEC. 18

A neighbor complaint in the 500 block of East 20th Street was investigated.

At Lerchenmiller Drive and Main Street, a reportable accident involved one vehicle.

DEC. 19

An unwanted female in the 1000 block of Main Street was reported.

A robbery in the 2400 block of Main Street was investigated. The report said a black male approached a vehicle and asked for money in a threatening manner. The male was then seen taking packages from a front porch. He was located by officers.

DEC. 20

Police checked on the welfare of two males on West 21st Street, on a male in the 1000 block of Main Street and on a male in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

A traffic stop was conducted at Laubach Avenue and East 19th Street.

In the 100 block of East Second Street, a domestic dispute between two males occurred.

A reportable accident, involving one vehicle, occurred in the 400 block of Main Street.

Officers assisted Whitehall police in the 500 block of Greenview Drive.

A juvenile issue at Smith Lane and Lerchenmiller Drive was reported.

DEC. 21

Police investigated an unattended death in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

At Howertown Road and East Fourth Street, a tractor-trailer was reportedly hitting and knocking down overhead wires.

DEC. 22

A report of an intoxicated male on West 21st Street was investigated.

At Washington Avenue and Main Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

A juvenile issue at Poplar and West 16th streets was reported.

DEC. 23

Criminal mischief — multiple garages spray painted with black paint — occurred in the 2200 and 2300 blocks of Line Alley.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 block of Howertown Road, at Washington Avenue and East 23rd Street, in the 1000 block of Main Street and in the 1500 block of Newport Avenue.

A theft took place in the 2400 block of Main Street. A package was taken from a front porch, police said.

In the 1300 block of Main Street, police investigated a report of loud music.

A disturbance in the 2000 block of Main Street was reported.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute between two females in the 1700 block of Main Street.

DEC. 24

A disturbance was investigated in the 1000 and 1800 blocks of Main Street.

An unwanted male in the 1600 block of Main Street was reported.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 300 block of East Ninth Street.

In the 2100 block of Main Street, police investigated a neighbor complaint.

DEC. 25

In the 1600 block of Main Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred in the 1500 block of Poplar Street and in the 1300 block of Main Street.
