Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

DEC. 27

An intoxicated male was transported from the 200 block of Mulberry Street.

On Front Street, a written traffic citation was issued.

At 343 Front St., police assisted a citizen with a vehicle parked on the lot.

A hit and run took place in the 100 block of Howertown Road.

The department referred a harassment case, which took place in the 700 block of Third Street, to investigations.

On Front Street, a written traffic warning was issued.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a child custody issue took place.

DEC. 29

Music was turned down and the resident warned when officers investigated a noise complaint at Whittier Place Apartments.

A domestic issue took place on Lehigh Street, police said.

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred in the 600 block of Front Street.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Front Street.

At Dery Silk Mill, 101 Race St., a fire investigation occurred.

On Race Street, a disturbance on a bus was investigated.

In the 500 block of Race Street, police investigated an animal complaint. The found dog was reunited with its owner.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 700 block of Crane Street.

In the 400 block of Bath Avenue, an abandoned vehicle was tagged.

Music was turned down when police investigated a noise complaint in the 700 block of Crane Street.

JAN. 1

In the 600 block of Walnut Street, music was turned down and the resident warned when police responded to a noise complaint.

An intoxicated male in the 700 block of Fourth Street was reported.

A vehicle was ticketed in the 300 block of Church Street.

An investigation is continuing for a harassment case that occurred in the 200 block of Pine Street.

The department received an animal complaint in the 100 block of Wood Street.

In the 400 block of Faith Drive, a custody issue occurred.

Vehicles were ticketed on Crane Street, police said.

A driver was cited in the 200 block of Race Street.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1200 block of Howertown Road.

A juvenile missing from the 200 block of Church Street was reported.

In the 400 block of Crane Street, a theft from a vehicle took place.

A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 400 block of Front Street.

Police assisted a citizen with a loose dog in the 100 block of Prospect Street.

At Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St., police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle.

A loose dog in the 100 block of Prospect Street was reported.

On Second Street, a vehicle was ticketed.

In the 200 block of Second Street, a vehicle was ticketed and towed by the property owner.

Criminal mischief in the 700 block of Second Street was investigated.

Police sought information on a vehicle towed in the 200 block of Wood Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police on Third Street during a vehicle stop.

Smoke from a wood stove in the 100 block of Bridge Street was reported.

In the 200 block of Front Street, music was turned down and the resident warned when police investigated a noise complaint.

A driver was cited in the 200 block of Race Street.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1400 block of Main Street during a traffic stop.

An animal complaint — a loose dog — was investigated in the 2500 block of Poplar Street. The dog was returned to its owner.

A disturbance between a parent and child took place on Stonewood Place.
