Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

JAN. 16

Neighbor disputes occurred in the 500 block of East 20th Street and in the 2900 block of Center Street.

A civil matter occurred in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue.

Traffic stops were conducted at East 16th Street and Lincoln Avenue and at Main and East 21st streets.

JAN. 17

Police conducted a traffic stop at Clear Springs and Lerchenmiller drives.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue.

In the 100 block of East Second Street, police responded to a report of a civil issue.

Suspicious activity in the 500 block of East Ninth Street was reported.

JAN. 18

Police checked on the welfare of a family on West 19th Street and on females on West 17th Street and in the 600 block of Main Street.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female took place in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

A disturbance in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

In the 100 block of West 17th Street, a dog was reported outside for two hours.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1200 block of Newport Avenue.

JAN. 19

Traffic stops were conducted on West 21st Street and in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue.

Police checked on the welfare of a male at Main Street and Cherryville Road and on a female in the 2100 block of Main Street.

In the 1800 block of Washington Avenue, a neighbor dispute occurred.

Juvenile problems reportedly took place in the 2600 block of Main Street and on West 17th Street.

Officers investigated a civil matter in the 1500 block of Poplar Street.

JAN. 20

Unwanted persons were reported — a male in the 1000 block of Main Street and a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

A fence was damaged in the 500 block of East Second Street, police said.

A child custody case in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue was investigated.

The theft of a vehicle taken by a known person in the 2800 block of West 28th Street was reported. The vehicle was returned.

A suspicious person at West 13th Street and Newport Avenue was reported. An older white female was pulling on door handles of parked vehicles.

Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1800 block of Main Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 2400 block of Dewey Avenue.

Officer Buchanan and K-9 Vito assisted Easton Police Department during a traffic stop at Pine and South 10th streets.

JAN. 21

A traffic stop was conducted in the 2200 block of Main Street.

Department members responded to a contractor fraud report in the 1000 block of Wynnewood Drive.

Police assisted Virginia State Police in the 1700 block of Main Street.

JAN. 22

A disturbance in the 1300 block of Stewart Street was reported.

In the 2400 block of Main Street, a reportable accident involved two vehicles.

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Main Street.
