Please volunteer your time at the gift wrapping booth at the Lehigh Valley Mall this holiday season. Proceeds from the booth will benefit Camelot for Children with a portion of the proceeds going to the Simon Youth Foundation.
Next Friday, Oct. 26, Whitehall Township will hold trick or treat from 6 to 8 p.m.
All Stiles neighbors, please be certain to have your porch light on if you would like to share some treats with the witches, ghosts, rock stars and action heroes who will be roaming the community. Drivers, please be extra careful when traveling throughout the township during trick or treat hours.

St. John's United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., Fullerton, is having its annual Holiday Happenings Craft Show 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27.
Featured will be lots of crafts including painted gourds, wood items and light bulbs, genuine gemstone jewelry, pet goodies, stained glass, retired Longaberger baskets, handmade baskets and more.
The kitchen will be open and a bake sale will be featured. St. John's famous potato filling, made with real mashed potatoes, will be available for purchase.
Raffles and a Chinese auction also will be part of the event.
AARP Chapter 3115 will meet today, Thursday, Oct. 4, at noon at the American Club, 300 Cherry St., Coplay.
After the social hour when refreshments will be available, guitarist and vocalist Albert Jinks will entertain. New members are welcome.

There will also be a double jeopardy if you don't bring your club project to the meeting.
Gardeners bringing gems for judging must have them in place by 12:45 p.m. Garden friendly guests are welcome to attend.
