PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Upper Macungie Township, Lower Macungie Township and the Coplay-Whitehall Sewer Authority (collectively, "Owners") will jointly receive sealed bids for the rehabilitation of their respective sanitary sewer system manholes at various locations throughout their municipal sewer service areas. The work will include the following: epoxy chimney lining (528 manholes); caulk and seal chimney joints/cracks (6 manholes); drill and grout active leaks (6 manholes); full depth epoxy lining (13 manholes); epoxy line manhole section joints (4 manholes); epoxy line manhole base sections (64 manholes); repair annular space between sliplines and host pipe (49 manholes); and replace standard castings with composite castings (16 manholes).
